Like other cities in India, Mumbai real estate market is also on a BULL-run high. :)
The entire mumbai especially the South Mumbai rates are quite high. :lol: :mrgreen:

Rel Estate market prices are increased in a few years in Mumbai. :D

Here, the demands are more but the availability is less. :lol:

It's like more occupying of houses.:) So, builder charges Higher Rates. :mrgreen:

Several unfavorable factors also contributes a lot to Mumbai's Real Estate Market. :)

1) Mumbai location has most of the sea occupancy and a lesser land. 8-)

2)Being commercialized due to the Film Industry, a lot of money pours-in here. Therefore, makes Mumbai EXPENSIVE. :mrgreen:

3)Sky-High pricing's in South Mumbai than North Mumbai. Due to the Film Industry residing mostly in Southern Mumbai. :D

4)Artificial prices like Created by Real Estate Builder and Real Estate Network Mafia's. ;)

According to the investor's point of view, buying the real estate property in Mumbai is the SAFEST BET. ;)

Regarding the appreciation of the property, govt. infrastructural laws & economy growing leads to the prices being increased
in near future, as well. :D :mrgreen:
